What you see too late

You check quality at the end. That is where you can no longer put it right.

In most factories, quality is only measured at final inspection or in the lab. By then the rejected batch has already been made, the material already used and the time already spent. The deviation was often building up hours earlier, but nobody saw the pattern in time.

What is left is rework, discarded product and a complaint you have to explain after the fact, without knowing exactly which batch, line or setting made the difference.

How a deviation is caught.

Measure

Critical parameters are read out continuously from PLCs and sensors, per line and per product.

Signal

If a value departs from the process limit or drifts away structurally, an alert goes out immediately.

Step in

The operator sees at the line what is going on and adjusts, before a batch has left the building.

Step 04

Lock in

Cause and action are recorded. At the next audit the file is already there, and recurrence becomes visible.

Compliance and certification

Every sector has its own standard. The evidence underneath is always the same.

BRCGS asks something different from IATF 16949, and an AS9100 audit looks nothing like an IFS audit. But what an auditor ultimately always wants to see is the same: that you measure the critical parameters, that you demonstrably followed up on deviations, and that you can retrieve it without spending a week searching through folders. We set up that layer. The standard only determines which fields and report formats have to come out of it.
